Insulation Tinsmith with Construction Supervisory Role (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Coordination, handling and responsibility for work on our construction sites in close cooperation with our assembly managers and clients
• Installation and maintenance of thermal, cold and sound insulation on pipes, systems and containers
• Fitting of claddings made from various materials
• Working according to technical drawings, plans and 3D models
• Compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Material ordering and reporting
• Measuring sheet metal parts for in-house production

Your profile

• Training as an insulation tinsmith with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) or comparable qualification (e.g. industrial insulator / WKSB insulator)
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites, ideally in a supervisory role
• Leadership experience or ability to provide professional guidance to fitters
• Experience in organising and managing construction sites (personnel, materials, schedules)
• Confident manner towards customers and trades as the on-site contact person
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity as well as an independent, reliable and precise working style and ideally experience with digital tools
• Team-oriented personality with a networked and service-oriented mindset
