RabbitResin
RabbitResin is a specially developed, solvent-free polyurethane resin that hardens within 3-5 minutes. This means it does not run off during the application and can be completed within a day. Thus, both the working time and the effort are significantly reduced. Since only 3-4 coating processes are necessary to create the pipe-in-pipe system, the pure hardening time between the processes is only about 12 minutes. Compared to other pipe rehabilitation techniques, you save costs, time, and effort with our coating system. The RabbitResin forms a durable, abrasion- and impact-resistant, smooth surface - it is corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant up to 93°C. This prevents damage from thermal expansion and other mechanical stresses and avoids deposits and attachments.
