Service Technician Agricultural Technology 100% (m/f)

• Independent execution of inspections, repairs and maintenance work on agricultural and municipal machines, either in the workshop or on-site with your own fully equipped service vehicle
• Independent determination and procurement of the required spare parts through our spare parts service
• Creation and documentation of defect lists
• Enjoyment in technical customer consulting as well as building long-term and trusting customer relationships
• Support in the sale of spare and wear parts
• Ensuring smooth information flow between dispatch, product specialists and sales
• Willingness for on-call duty and occasional weekend assignments

• Completed training as an agricultural / construction machinery or motor device mechanic
• Previous experience in a similar position in agricultural technology
• Experience with John Deere products is a great advantage
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Good communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills are an advantage
• Good PC user skills
