As a Facility Specialist, you take responsibility for our buildings and systems and contribute to everything functioning efficiently, safely and reliably.

• You take responsibility for locking and door systems (including programming)
• You coordinate external service providers and third-party craftsmen
• You organise maintenance, servicing and repair work on buildings and technical systems
• You ensure the care and upkeep of infrastructure as well as the surroundings
• You plan and coordinate transports as well as cleaning and special tasks
• You process technical tickets and manage the central warehouse

• You have training in the technical field or in facility management
• You bring sound knowledge in building technology
• You have experience in maintenance, servicing and repair work
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You bring pronounced problem-solving skills as well as a good technical understanding
• You convince with your organisational talent as well as your responsible and reliable manner
• You are willing to take on duties outside regular working hours as part of an on-call service
