What you achieve:

Verification and calculation of the daily allowance entitlement (individual daily allowance) or the capital entitlement for disability or death in case of accident
Conducting clarifications with insured persons, service providers, or other insurers
Medical clarifications and derivation of further measures
Answering oral and written inquiries in French and German

In addition to completed vocational training, you already have good knowledge in claims processing in the insurance sector and want to expand it
You are willing to deal with various medical conditions or long-term serious accidents; your high customer orientation and resilience complete your profile
