Do you want to further develop prevention services with psychological expertise and thereby raise awareness for safe behaviour? Then you are right with us.
What you achieve
- You participate in projects for the prevention of work and leisure accidents as well as occupational diseases.
- You support the development of prevention services in the areas of Human Factors, prevention culture and behaviour change.
- You work on evaluations and impact measurements.
- You research, analyse and prepare findings for practical use.
- You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and gain exciting insights into Suva's prevention work.
- The internship lasts 6 to 12 months and starts from January 2027 or by arrangement.
What you bring
- You are enrolled in or have completed a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on work, social or organisational psychology.
- You have an interest in Human Factors as well as safety and prevention topics.
- You are characterised by high initiative, self-organisation and enjoyment of independent work.
- You have a quick grasp and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics.
- You have native-level German skills and ideally bring French language skills.
