What you can achieve
- Procurement and disposition of materials, products or services within the assigned area of responsibility
- Obtaining and comparing offers, assessing purchase requisitions and triggering orders
- Conducting tenders, price negotiations and contract negotiations in assigned product groups/projects
- Maintaining procurement and material master data as well as ensuring documentation in the ERP system (SAP)
- Monitoring delivery dates and quantities, coordinating with internal partners in case of deviations
- Supporting the establishment and assurance of supplier and risk management
- Coordinating procurement projects with partners from development, production and logistics within the scope of the projects
What you bring with you
- Technical or commercial basic training, ideally combined with further training in procurement
- Several years of professional experience in procurement in an industrial environment desired
- Experience with international suppliers as well as procurement of technical components
- Communicative personality with a strong service and customer orientation
- High sense of responsibility, resilience and assertiveness
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge (SAP S/4 Hana)
- Fluent German and English skills
