Payroll & Benefits Specialist 100%

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the entire payroll for around 400 employees including mutations and monthly payroll run
• Administration of social insurances as well as contact person for employees regarding salary and insurance-related questions
• Preparation of salary statements, withholding tax and social insurance statements
• Carrying out reconciliation work and assisting with the annual financial statements
• Handling accident, illness and disability cases as well as supporting the affected persons
• Testing and configuration in SAP for legal changes or new requirements
• Ensuring audit-proof payroll processes and supporting internal/external audits
• Management and development of employee benefits including administration and communication

Your qualifications

• Commercial basic training, further education in payroll processing or social insurances is an advantage
• At least 6 years of experience in payroll processing
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Solid experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
• Knowledge in payroll processing of STI, LTI and ESPP
• Service-oriented and structured personality with efficient working methods, logical thinking and a pronounced understanding of contexts
