For the DB Regio Bus bus companies in the Northern region (namely: Autokraft GmbH, DB Regio Bus Nord GmbH, Haller Busbetrieb GmbH, Regionalbus Braunschweig GmbH and Weser-Ems Busverkehr GmbH) we are looking as soon as possible for a driver, duty and rotation planner (m/f/d) at the Bad Oldesloe location.
Your tasks:
- Check existing traffic and adjust if necessary as well as create duty roster documents, driver cards etc.
- Determine and record locations, timetable, bus stop locations and routing in the system
- Maintain basic data as well as further develop and carry out network / line and timetable planning, compare contract requirements with actual / real conditions
- Check and if necessary adjust rotation and duty planning for local feasibility in the tender process
- Interface in duty / rotation planning between works council, team management, driving staff, control centre and branch management
- Record external infrastructure as well as determine performance data, statistics and operational key figures
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or ideally a completed degree related to transport
- Several years of professional experience desirable, preferably in a transport company, a transport association or a public transport authority
- Analytical skills and the ability to think conceptually
- Communication and coordination skills
- Economic thinking and acting
- Structured, independent and punctual working style as well as high initiative
- Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of the IVU.plan application desirable
