Head of Electrical Department (a)

Your Tasks

• Personnel and technical management of the electrical department (9 employees including apprentices)
• Accompanying, supporting and executing electrical projects within the factory
• Coordination of electrical installations at the customer’s site for refurbishment and renovation work on 7-Air systems
• Team deployment planning and ensuring smooth operations in the department
• Responsible for electrical material orders
• Advisory role for technical sales
• Development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of electrical installations
• Support in the training of automation technician apprentices

Your Profile

• Completed training as an electrician or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical sector
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Independent, proactive personality with commitment, flexibility and reliability
• Good communication skills; cooperative and correct interaction with employees and other departments, team player
• Enjoyment in working with apprentices, possibility to complete the trainer course
• Willingness to take on responsibility and further development
