What you can achieve
- You develop and conduct educationally valuable and scientifically based training – mainly digital – for professionals in pharmacies and drugstores
- You create modern, digital learning content that takes advisory competence and product knowledge to the next level
- With creative ideas, you contribute to the implementation of key account projects and support strategic customers with tailored training
- You monitor market trends and customer needs in the OTC sector and help to further develop our training offerings with a future-oriented approach
- In close collaboration with the marketing team, you plan training concepts and ensure optimal implementation
What you bring
- Training as a pharmacist, druggist, or pharmaceutical assistant and at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a pharmacy or drugstore
- Additional training and professional experience in health, adult education, or coaching are an advantage
- Digital affinity and a strong willingness to use modern tools for developing innovative training formats
- Communicative, flexible, and open team player with an organized and proactive working style
- Native German speaker with good knowledge of French (B2)
