The Foundation for Sociocultural Animation of Lausanne (FASL) is a private foundation of public utility subsidized by the City of Lausanne. In partnership with neighborhood associations, FASL manages 17 sociocultural animation venues and has more than 90 collaborators. To complete our team at the Bourdonnette Sociocultural Center, we are looking for a:

Sociocultural Animator at 70% Missions
- Participate in the conceptualization and implementation of the center's animation project, defining objectives and the program.
- Share responsibility with colleagues for the animation of the venue (Center and neighborhood) and ensure its good local establishment.
- Promote the integration of all populations, solidarity and social inclusion, prevent exclusion.
- Collaborate with the team on the center's administrative tasks.
- Co-reference for the "women" and "children" sectors.
- Support in other sectors (youth, family, neighborhood).
- Hold a university degree in social work or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Proven experience in sociocultural animation.
- Ability to work with a multicultural audience, sometimes in precarious situations, and strong interest in neighborhood work.
- Good knowledge of the Lausanne system, strong interest in network work and the associative environment.
- Skills in project conceptualization and management.
- Ability to work in a team, collegially and autonomously.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to supervise and support monitors and volunteers.
- Availability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends.
- Good administrative and writing skills as well as proficiency in common computer software (mastery of InDesign and Photoshop software is an asset).
