Medical Director and Future Successor
Specialist Dermatologist (80–100%)

For over 25 years, we have been an established address for dermatology at Lake Zurich. We combine
aesthetic dermatology as well as laser and device medicine with classical dermatology and allergology,
scientifically based and with personal care for our discerning, regional and international clientele.
As part of the succession of our medical director, we are looking from mid-2027 or by arrangement for a professionally profiled and entrepreneurially minded personality with foresight, who will continue proven practices and bring their own impulses for the future. As part of the medermis group, we are supported by professional exchange and cross-cutting resources.

Your tasks
• Own consultation hours with various possible focuses in general dermatology,
dermato-surgery, allergology, aesthetic dermatology, laser and device medicine as well as trichology
• Gradual assumption of overall medical responsibility and leadership of the team
• Further development of positioning, offerings and organisation of the practice
• Representation of the practice towards patients, referrers and partners

Your profile
• Specialist title in dermatology FMH or equivalently recognised
• Several years of experience in dermatology. Competences in aesthetic dermatology, laser medicine, dermato-surgery, allergology and trichology are advantageous
• Carefulness and empathy in dealing with demanding patients
• Joy and empathy in staff leadership
• Entrepreneurial foresight, team spirit and reliability
• Enjoyment of modern marketing and communication methods
• Scientific interest, publications are an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
