About the job
In the northeast of Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for almost 50 years for expertise around the car, customer proximity, and innovation. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an extended self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.
For this exciting project, we are looking for a committed personality with a host's heart and lots of energy in their blood!

Service Staff 100% (m/f/d)
without room hour
Your main tasks:- You are responsible for a warm and professional service to guests – so that our guests can enjoy their culinary adventure
- You advise on food and drinks – so that our guests find exactly what suits their taste
- You help create an unforgettable guest experience – because every detail counts and you make the difference
- You ensure the consistent compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations – for a clean and safe working environment
- You want to be part of a unique success story and are motivated to actively help shape new things
- You think along, contribute your own ideas and find goal-oriented solutions – in all areas
- You are a trained professional in the restaurant or hotel sector or bring corresponding interest, willingness to learn and first experiences
- You understand and live hospitality – warmly and service-oriented
- You contribute to a positive, motivating working environment
- You practise your profession with noticeable passion and infectious enthusiasm
