Your tasks

• Contact person for managers as well as support throughout the HR lifecycle and management of HR processes
• Advice, support and coaching of managers in personnel, labour law and disciplinary matters
• Enforcement of guidelines, regulations and laws
• Participation in the annual salary rounds
• Absence management and case management of long-term ill employees
• Participation in working and project groups

Your profile

• Completed training or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration (HR) or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Experience in healthcare and in a large company is an advantage
• Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
• Solid MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and pragmatic working style as well as resilient, service- and team-oriented and willingness to take on responsibility
