Project Manager (m/f/d, 100%)

For our customers in the fields of Space, Aerospace, and Industrial Gas Turbines, we rely on a one-stop-shop strategy. In the role of Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for project management and oversee the process from the quotation phase through initial sample inspection to series production. This varied and challenging role (make-to-order contract manufacturing) offers the opportunity to maintain direct contact with companies in exciting industries.

Your responsibilities include

• Creating production and inspection plans in the ERP system as well as responsibility for master data
• Managing scheduling and processing manufacturing orders within the ERP system
• Project management of technically and qualitatively demanding components
• Preparing quotations for assemblies and individual parts considering customer specifications (technical feasibility, one-stop-shop)
• Communicating with customers and suppliers about project progress and potential manufacturing optimisations
• Ensuring continuous qualitative traceability
• Developing manufacturing tools

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (polymechanic, plant and apparatus builder, toolmaker)
• System affinity and experience with ERP systems
• Good knowledge of production planning and control (PPC) is an advantage
• Completed further education at university of applied sciences or higher technical college is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Enjoyment in communicating with an international customer base
• Good understanding of business management contexts
• Networked and cross-departmental thinking
• Resilience and personal responsibility are expected
• English skills, both spoken and written
