Project Manager 80-100% (m / f / d)

As a Project Manager in the field of translational medicine, you coordinate interdisciplinary teams and drive innovative projects forward. You not only shape the implementation of translational projects but also actively contribute to the further development of the innovation strategy of sitem-insel AG.

Translational projects: A focus of our innovation strategy is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in entering the healthcare sector and developing their innovations up to patient application. For this, we offer targeted, individually tailored services to meet their needs. As a Project Manager, you accompany our clients in the implementation of their projects, act as the central contact person, and are responsible for all aspects of project management.

Innovation strategy: Together with internal and external partners from our network, you contribute to the further development of our service business area in innovation promotion in translational medicine. You work internally with relevant stakeholders to implement the go-to-market strategy. Your further tasks include collaborating with funding partners to unlock financing opportunities for projects.

What you can achieve

• You develop the service portfolio of sitem-insel AG further and acquire corresponding projects
• You form and lead interdisciplinary and translational project teams with partners from our network and ensure the timely implementation of project activities and the achievement of goals agreed with clients through optimal coordination
• You develop comprehensive project and time plans, define milestones, take over resource planning, and monitor progress to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• You help shape the further development of our innovation strategy and specifically expand our service portfolio
• With your commitment, you contribute to acquisition, marketing, and communication activities, thereby supporting the visibility and reach of our services

What you bring

• Completed master’s degree in engineering sciences, biosciences, or a related field
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects in the medical technology industry or healthtech sector
• Sound knowledge in regulatory affairs, market access, clinical development, reimbursement, and controlling in healthcare is an advantage
• Service-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with applying for public funds (e.g., Innosuisse) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse teams and partners in an innovative environment
• Independent, well-organised working style and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English and German skills; French is a plus
