Your Tasks

Professional advice on infection prevention matters
Planning and conducting hygiene training and coaching as well as raising staff awareness of hygiene standards and concepts
Planning and managing surveillance, hygiene audits and inspections, assessing risks and quality data, deriving improvement measures and implementing them
Further development of the hygiene concept as well as creation and updating of directives, standards and checklists
Collection and analysis of hygiene-relevant key figures, implementation of surveillance measures and derivation of appropriate improvement measures, especially in outbreak situations
Organisation, professional support and assistance of the hygiene commission as well as in hygiene-relevant procurement and renovation projects in an interprofessional context

Your Profile

Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or comparable qualification in healthcare
Completed further training as a specialist for infection prevention in healthcare (SHFV) or willingness to complete this
Several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally with knowledge in infection prevention and hygiene, surveillance and outbreak management
Experience with audits, quality development, key figures and training as well as further training in adult education is an advantage
Independent, analytical and cooperative working style and the ability to effectively transfer professional requirements into practice.
Good digital user skills and very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
