Your Tasks
- Physiotherapeutic assessment and individual therapy and support: You develop targeted therapy concepts tailored to the needs and abilities of elderly people and work both in individual settings and in groups
- Treatment of acute medical patients as well as rehabilitation after surgical and orthopedic procedures and neurorehabilitation
- Mobility and fall prevention programs: Together with the interdisciplinary team, you conduct exercises to promote balance and strength and actively contribute to fall prevention.
- Active interprofessional collaboration with the medical and nursing team as well as other therapeutic services
- With empathy and competence, you contribute to optimizing mobility and independence to make everyday life as active and self-determined as possible for our patients
- Documentation of therapy progress and participation in interdisciplinary case discussions
Your Profile
- Completed training as a physiotherapist (BSc, FH or an equivalent foreign diploma with completed SRK recognition)
- Professional experience in geriatric rehabilitation or strong interest in this field
- Joy, empathy, and patience in dealing with elderly people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build motivating and trusting relationships with patients and their relatives
- Independent, structured, and networked way of working
