Your Tasks
- Leading and conducting collective bargaining negotiations as well as managing and steering conciliation proceedings
- Structuring, managing, and further developing labor law procedures within the organization
- Strategic responsibility for the labor law area, including coordination of external law firms
- Establishing, leading, and further developing the data protection area, including structuring the data protection management system as well as training and raising awareness among employees and managers
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (especially GDPR, BDSG)
- Conducting and coordinating data protection impact assessments, risk analyses, and audits
- Cooperation with supervisory authorities as well as coordination of external data protection service providers
- Advising management, HR departments, and managers on labor and data protection law issues
- Developing and implementing group-wide solutions and concepts
Your Profile
- Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with solid knowledge (at least 2-3 years of professional experience) in labor, collective bargaining, and works constitution law
- Ideally completed specialist lawyer training in medical and/or insurance law
- Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of economic contexts combined with the ability to advise operationally responsible persons on legal matters accordingly
- Strong communication skills, initiative, sense of responsibility, and loyalty
- Willingness to travel
