Clinical Coordinator M/F of the Integrative Medicine Unit at 50%
The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is an autonomous public law inter-cantonal institution. It employs nearly 2,500 staff. Its structure consists of the Rennaz acute care hospital, two Geriatric and rehabilitation clinics in Monthey and Vevey, as well as two medical on-call services in Monthey and Vevey.
HRC places particular importance on patient reception and care throughout their journey. Our teams are committed to applying their skills for the benefit of the patient and their relatives.
As part of the development of our integrative medicine unit, we are looking for a clinical coordinator to develop and coordinate it.
The main responsibilities of this position are
- Conduct medical-nursing consultations and direct patients
- Link the various complementary therapies offered
- Ensure the medical coordination of the Integrative Medicine Unit
- Participate in the development and implementation of development projects
- Guarantee the quality and safety of care
- Develop collaboration with the various medical-nursing services of the institution
- Represent the unit to internal and external partners
We require
- Proven clinical experience in general, internal, palliative or integrative medicine
- Clinical experience in complementary medicine, an advantage
- Strong interest in integrative medicine and patient-centred approaches
- Experience in team coordination, project management or medical responsibility, an advantage
- Initiative, organisational skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
