• Responsibility for a defined area in the production environment along the entire HR life cycle; from recruiting, performance & development to compensation & benefits, as well as support and offboarding
• Sparring partner for our managers – you advise pragmatically, on equal footing, and support them in all people-related matters
• Leading and participating in diverse HR projects where you set impulses and create sustainable solutions
• Further development and optimization of our HR processes to continuously become more efficient
• Meaningful HR reporting that creates transparency and serves as a decision-making basis for management

• HR specialist with a federal diploma or a university degree Bachelor in Business Administration (FH, University) with a focus on Human Resources
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner 
• German and English skills (level B2)
• Comprehensive knowledge of the HR life cycle and Swiss labor law is required
• Strong initiative as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Affinity for systems and processes
