What awaits you?

Your work consists of independent and supportive collaboration in the Operations team and includes:

Administrative daily business in fund data management, especially in the correct processing of invoices as well as support in internal and external reporting

Interface to numerous contacts and teams within the LGT group

Operational support of internal software (e.g., generation and review of automated reports, ensuring data quality, etc.)

Support with various tax-related tasks (tax refunds, cooperation with tax representatives, etc.)

Administrative support of management and teams in daily business

Proactive participation in process optimizations and improvement projects in the area of fund operations

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification; career changers from the commercial sector with high willingness to learn, motivation, and great interest in financial topics are also welcome

Ideally 3+ years of relevant professional experience

High IT and data affinity as well as good MS Excel skills

Analytical skills as well as a networked, solution-oriented way of thinking

Very precise working style and enjoyment of administrative tasks

An open, proactive, and versatile resilient personality
