Application Supporter / IT Supporter 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks:
- Application support in the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk for our logistics software fastLogistics
- Creation of documentation and user training
- Support and active participation in the implementation of IT projects
- Configuration and maintenance of application interfaces as well as support for our customers in
the introduction and automation of digital processes
- Monitoring of communication channels and central systems
- Maintenance of the in-house cloud infrastructure and internal IT infrastructure
Requirements:
- Initiative and enjoyment of direct customer contact (also by phone) are important
qualities you should bring
- Industry knowledge in logistics is a great advantage
- Microsoft operating systems and Office programs
- Database/SQL knowledge is an advantage
- Language skills in German, English, and French or Italian are an advantage

Ideal age: between 25 - 50 years
