About the job

This business unit is our logistics hub in Europe (EU-HUB) and provides logistical services for METTLER TOLEDO in the global service business as well as in the import and export of products. As reinforcement for our "Logistic Shared Service Center" in the business unit Mettler-Toledo Technologies GmbH in Nänikon/Greifensee, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an initiative, implementation-strong, and solution-oriented personality as Export Specialist 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Broad logistical range of tasks from order entry to shipping of spare parts, accessories, and products Processing customer orders from our market organizations, general agencies, and direct customers Availability check of ordered items as well as checking conditions and prices Creating order confirmations, delivery documents, invoices, and credit notes using SAP CRM and ECC, as well as export-relevant documents (certificates of origin, certificates, etc.) Processing documentary letters of credit and collections Monitoring and controlling agreed delivery dates and troubleshooting Shipping processing and control of shipments as well as complaint handling Internal and external coordination and correspondence with various departments (sales, marketing, production planning, warehouse, freight forwarders, chamber of commerce, etc.)
