Sales Administrator Internal Sales (m/f/d), 100%

Your contribution to our team

As a sales administrator in internal sales, you are the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrical installer and your commercial flair, you advise our customers competently and friendly – both on site and by telephone. You take over the complete order processing, from quotation preparation to ensuring product availability. You also provide price information and details on delivery times. Your responsibilities also include the professional handling of complaints, where you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you make a significant contribution to our customers' satisfaction.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Commercial knowledge
• MS Office skills
• Sales personality with a strong customer orientation
• Independent and precise working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with a high level of commitment and resilience
