We are offering an internship as Assistant Management Team (a) for hotel management students

Here is what you will do

You support the management team Gastronomy Lake Lucerne and represent them during absences
You are part of the extended leadership team and actively help with the continuous development of the department
You ensure a smooth daily routine and indirectly lead the employees
You are responsible for all employee training and assist with daily scheduling
You develop and manage various projects
You assist with large events, special trips, and operationally in daily business as needed
You plan sales-promoting measures and their implementation in coordination with the management team
