Apprentice Restaurant Specialist EFZ

We offer you a solid and varied training as a restaurant specialist. During the three-year apprenticeship, you will work in our premium restaurant "Abalone", in the restaurant "Mercato" and in the "Vista Lounge".
You will also support the team at events.

Tasks

• Welcoming and serving our patients and guests
• Advising patients and guests on the selection of food and drinks
• Working in the à la carte restaurant Abalone, buffet restaurant Mercato and Vista Lounge
• Supporting the team at events
• Taking orders
• Preparatory and follow-up work for the service

Profile

• Neat appearance and good manners
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in dealing with guests and patients
• Outgoing, team-oriented and motivated personality
• Helpful and service-oriented
• Careful and precise way of working
• Completed compulsory schooling
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), additional foreign language skills are an advantage
