Your Tasks
- Develop and implement a uniform concept for the Holstein Somatik locations
- Ensure consistent appearance according to AMEOS CI
- Responsibility for internal and external communication, press and public relations as well as crisis communication
- Further development of digital communication channels (website, social media)
- Planning and organizing events internally and externally
- Maintenance and further development of cooperation partnerships (e.g. resident doctors and networks)
- Professional and disciplinary management of the entire department
- Direct interface to hospital management
Your Profile
- Completed studies in communication sciences or comparable qualification
- Leadership experience, ideally in healthcare
- Experience in building cooperations and networks
- Strong communication skills and structured way of working
- Committed, flexible, creative and reliable
- Experience in dealing with digital media
