In this diverse role
- you build new delivery areas for the integration of weekly newspapers and actively shape their successful introduction
- you plan and organise delivery routes, coordinate the deployment planning of delivery staff and ensure optimal staffing in your area
- you are the first point of contact for our delivery personnel and support them with organisational and operational questions
- you recruit, lead and support delivery personnel in your area and accompany them during their induction
- you ensure delivery quality and are responsible for complaint management in your area
- you take on administrative tasks related to delivery organisation and maintain relevant data and information
- you contribute improvement ideas, optimise processes and actively work on the further development of the delivery organisation
You will succeed here if
- you have experience in dispatching, logistics, delivery or personnel deployment planning
- you have ideally already been involved in the setup, organisation or development of operational structures
- you enjoy taking responsibility and like to create and implement new things
- you have commercial knowledge and are confident in using MS Office applications
- you work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- you have an open, engaging personality and hold a category B driving licence
