Job Description
This position contributes to defining and expressing EFG’s brand through advertising and media, ensuring that marketing initiatives form a coherent, recognisable presence across regions and channels. By providing structure, coordination, and oversight to key marketing initiatives, the role helps translate strategic priorities into visible market activity and supports the bank’s long-term positioning and growth ambitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Development and execution of advertising campaigns that align with business goals, brand positioning, and marketing objectives, ensuring high-quality asset delivery across all media channels (print, POS, OOH, social media, website).
- Handle end-to-end campaign planning, including delivery of high-quality assets, timeline management, budget control, and coordination of all stakeholders (such as Legal, etc.) to ensure efficient execution.
- Track the advertising and media strategy across markets, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing both media effectiveness and creative impact.
- Work closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing, the Brand Manager, the digital team, and international stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with the brand strategy, strategic marketing priorities, and regional business needs.
- Collaborate closely with content owners across the bank to leverage available expertise and stories that support the brand narrative.
- Manage and coordinate external partners (creative agencies, photographers, media agencies, publishers, production teams, etc.), ensuring smooth collaboration, clear deliverables, and alignment with project milestones.
- Establish campaign toolkits, governance, and implementation guidelines to enable consistent roll-out across regions, channels, and touchpoints, while coordinating effectively with international teams.
- Coordinate international marketing initiatives across regions, ensuring local market needs are reflected while maintaining consistency with global brand standards, messaging, and execution frameworks.
- Lead and/or support marketing projects from set-up through implementation, ensuring clear objectives and alignment across geographies and priorities.
- Set up and manage event and project tracking and reporting to ensure transparency on deliverables, as well as improve decision-making and planning.
Monitor competitors, client insights, and market trends within the financial and luxury industries to generate actionable recommendations, strengthen strategic marketing decisions, and continuously optimize brand performance.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in advertising, media, campaign development, and/or strategic marketing roles or similar – ideally in the financial industry or premium/luxury brands.
- Strong expertise in advertising and media, with a proven track record in campaign development, creative implementation, media planning, and performance monitoring across multiple channels.
- Solid project management experience in strategic marketing, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Proven experience in international companies; ability to work effectively across regions and align global brand standards with local market needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating internal functions, navigating an international organization, and handling external partners such as agencies, media partners, and specialist providers.
- A strategic, hands-on professional with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a collaborative, agile mindset; resilient and comfortable operating under pressure and in a fast-moving international environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; German is welcome, and additional languages are a plus.
