To strengthen our teams, we are looking for an HR Manager, M/F at 60-70% for an indefinite period
YOUR MISSION
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an HR manager for a 5-month fixed-term contract (January to June). Reporting to the Management, you will ensure the daily management of human resources and personnel administration, in connection with internal teams and external contacts.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Integration:
- Writing and posting job offers on local platforms and participating in recruitments
- Managing employment contracts (employees, apprentices), as well as archiving
- Organizing the reception and integration of new employees
- Managing entries and exits (work certificates, attestations, final statements)
HR Management & Training:
- Updating versatility matrices
- Identifying training needs, developing and monitoring the annual training plan
- Managing absences, attendances and monitoring cases of illness and accidents
Personnel Administration:
- Complete administrative follow-up of employee files
- Supporting employees for all personal and professional matters
- Interface with social insurances (notifications, controls, invoices, statements)
- Preparing statements and declarations to social insurances
- Managing coordination with social and tax institutions
- HR monitoring and reporting
Company Life:
- Organizing internal events (outings, activities), budget monitoring
- Supervising administrative secretarial tasks
- Participating in internal communication and HR projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Training in human resources, management or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good command of computer tools
- Excellent organizational skills, sense of confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and independently
- Rigor, reliability and initiative
