Your tasks:
Customer Relationship: Proactive identification and approach of B2B key partners at C-level; building sustainable customer relationships.
Consultative Selling: Understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions within a consultative approach.
Teamwork for Success: Close coordination with the technical team to develop project proposals and offers.
Key Account Management: Maintenance and development of key customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
Experience: Solid experience in business development or sales in the field of life science and diagnostics, including leading a sales team.
Network: You have a good network with corporations in life sciences and diagnostics.
Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, fluent in German and English.
Customer Orientation: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide individual solutions.
