We are looking for a immediate or by arrangement at the Burgdorf location
Area of responsibility
- You competently and proactively care for and monitor critically ill patients from all specialties – from admission to transfer
- You independently carry out demanding intensive care measures and ensure safe technical monitoring
- You are an active member of the ICU team and take responsibility in acute and emergency situations
- You are responsible for the nursing process and its professional documentation
- You work closely in an interprofessional manner with the medical service and other departments
- You accompany NDS HF Intensive Care students and support new employees during their induction
Profile
- Completed postgraduate studies HF Intensive Care (or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland)
- Sound expertise and enthusiasm for the demanding care of critically ill patients
- High commitment, resilience as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Open, flexible personality with pronounced interdisciplinary teamwork skills
- Ability to reflect as well as networked thinking and acting
- Willingness to work shifts
