Do you want to work independently and care for people where they feel most comfortable? This temporary assignment combines responsibility, variety, and personal care.

Your future place of assignment is a Spitex organisation in a rural region in the Bernese Oberland. It supports people with various care and support needs to live independently in their familiar home for as long as possible.

As a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH 50%, you will temporarily strengthen the existing team and care for clients directly in their homes. In doing so, you take responsibility in the care process and can independently apply your professional experience.

The different clients and care situations ensure a varied working day. At the same time, you are part of a care team and exchange information with other involved professionals.

Here is where you can contribute:

• Take on individual care and support of clients in their own homes
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing measures and take responsibility in the care process
• Carry out medical-technical and therapeutic measures according to your competencies
• Document your assignments and work closely with the care team as well as other professionals

What you bring with you:

• Diploma as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or an equivalent SRK recognition
• Enjoy working independently and having personal contact with different people
• Responsible, reliable, and well-organised working style
• Openness to different care situations in the outpatient environment
