To strengthen the property accounting department, we are looking for a reliable and skilled professional for a renowned property management company in Basel:

Property Accountant (m/f/d) 50-70%

Your tasks:

• Independent management of property accounting
• Accounts receivable including dunning (tenants)
• Payment runs for creditors
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Preparation of annual statements for property objects
• Preparation of VAT statements for the properties
• Payroll accounting for the caretakers
• Telephone and written contact with tenants, owners, caretakers and authorities
• General administrative tasks

Your profile:​​​​

• Commercial qualification and preferably further training in accounting (e.g. property accounting/finance/trust or similar)
• Professional experience in property accounting
• High IT affinity and skilled in using Excel and Word
• Native German speaker (confident in spoken and written language), English is an advantage
• Team-oriented, proactive and responsible personality
• Strong numerical aptitude
• Healthy assertiveness
• Service-oriented thinking and acting
• Reliable, independent and precise working style
• Workload: 50-100%
