About the job
The St-Camille Association assists physically disabled adults by providing them with care facilities and workshop employment opportunities. It is headquartered in Marly with a branch in Villars-sur-Glâne.
For our "Therapy" service in Marly, we are hiring an Occupational Therapist (20% - 40%)
This position is ideally suited to someone wishing to combine a commitment to an employer with activity as a self-employed person. In this capacity, the occupational therapy follow-up of residents will also be entrusted to them.
Your tasks:
As an occupational therapist for our Association, you ensure the implementation and monitoring of auxiliary aids necessary for the well-being and comfort of the residents and you manage mobility aids, communication devices, as well as the control of their environment within the Home. Depending on the workload, you accompany them during activities to maintain their functional abilities. At the request of the Workshops, you also make proposals to adapt the workplace for people with disabilities.
Desired profile:
Holder of a recognised occupational therapy diploma, you have several years of experience. You have a sense of responsibility, ease in interpersonal contacts, and the ability to work in a network. Able to take initiative, you demonstrate autonomy and flexibility.
