Administrative Employee
Office for Industry, Trade and Labor | 60-100% | Chur
The Office for Industry, Trade and Labor (KIGA) currently employs around 120 staff in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to public employment services (RAV), we organize labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. Furthermore, we carry out various tasks in the areas of labor market and occupational safety.
We are looking for an administrative employee (60-100%) for the Employment Services (RAV) and Legal Department starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- General administrative tasks
- Independent management of correspondence in German and Italian
- Data maintenance and document management in specialized systems
- Organization of appointments, meetings, and sessions
- Registration of job seekers
- Job management
- Handling of telephone switchboard and mail incoming/outgoing
- Reception desk support
- Support with administrative processes
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Very good knowledge of common Office programs and confident IT user skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills in dealing with different target groups
- Flexibility, teamwork, and discretion
- Very good oral and written German skills, good Italian skills
