Your Responsibilities

• Co-responsibility for the professional management of the department
• Work in direct clinical nursing and management of the nursing diagnostic process
• Continuous empowerment of staff through personal coaching, training and case discussions
• Ensuring and further developing nursing quality and patient safety in the department
• Development, adjustment and evaluation of specialist guidelines and instructions in collaboration with other specialists, nursing experts, and other professional groups

Your Profile

• Completed professional training as a nursing specialist FH or
• Completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF with Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete this
• At least 2 years of professional experience in acute care, surgery advantageous
• Professional demeanour and enthusiasm for the further development of specialist fields in an interprofessional team
