Whether it’s a customer event, specialist conference, or internal team event – you ensure every event becomes unforgettable. At the same time, you feel at home in the marketing world and are motivated to operate in a dynamic environment focused on business software solutions.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

• You turn our events into real experiences. From the first idea to the final applause, you hold the reins and inspire customers, partners, and colleagues alike.
• With fresh event concepts, you skilfully showcase our software solutions, ensuring they are not only understood but experienced.
• You confidently juggle all parties involved, whether internal or external, from location to technology, from speakers to service providers.
• Whether invitations, landing pages, mailings, or aftermovies: you bring our event communication to the point and give each occasion the necessary radiance.
• You confidently moderate smaller events yourself or ensure our experts can shine in the perfect setup.
• With your holistic view, you keep the budget under control, measure success, and optimise where sensible.
• Thanks to you, suitable promotional items and giveaways find their way to customers and employees.
• And because events are not everything: you also develop marketing and campaign ideas that boost our events and make our services visible.
• You bring fresh energy, creative input, and plenty of team spirit to the marketing team so that together we can take our events to the next level.

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• You have training in marketing, event, or communications or have come to it by another route and know exactly what you can do.
• You have already gained initial experience in event organisation and marketing and feel comfortable in a dynamic IT environment.
• Events are your thing! You are bursting with ideas, love creative solutions, and enjoy trying new things.
• You approach your daily work in a structured and independent manner and gladly take on responsibility. You remain calm even when several projects run simultaneously.
• Fluent German is a given for you, as clear communication is worth its weight in gold.
• Your colleagues look forward to support from an easy-going personality who enjoys laughing, even at themselves.
