To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for our Aarau Rohr branch for a competent and experienced person as Back Office/Dispatch Clerk 80-100% (m/f).
Your tasks
- Dispatch, planning and control of vehicle orders in close cooperation with the sales department
- Organisation from ordering to delivery of vehicles
- Administrative processing for commercial vehicles and vans (new and used)
- Preparation of statistics and reports
- Preparation of sales documentation and general correspondence
- All tasks related to the month-end closing
- Customer contacts in the administrative area
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent education
- Initial professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage, ideally as a dispatcher
- Team player with a flair for numbers, accounting knowledge, customer orientation and good MS Office skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Structured, efficient, reliable work with a high awareness of quality
- Flawless German skills as well as French and English skills are an advantage
