Profile
The Urology Department of the Regional Hospital of Lugano represents a service in full expansion with an ambitious growth plan at the cantonal and national level.
Essential requirements:
- degree/diploma in medicine and specialization in urology with registration to MedReg before starting work. For doctors with foreign qualifications: recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and registration to MedReg before starting work is mandatory
- proven knowledge of the Italian language (required level at least B2) with registration to MedReg before starting work, knowledge of English is desirable
- work experience in urology departments, with a particular focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgery
- documented clinical research activity with international training experience
- autonomy in managing urological patients
- strong availability and inclination for teamwork
- constructive and proactive attitude
- proficiency in IT tools.
