This is the job

• Advisory support for clients in the manufacturing industry and consumer goods sector on strategic and operational issues related to transformation support with a focus on organisational and cultural change
• Design and implementation of initiatives in the areas of organisational change, cultural change, learning, communication and workforce transformation for leading companies
• Development and implementation of IT strategies, operating models and transformations of IT departments with special consideration of organisational and cultural impacts
• Management of complex transformation projects to increase efficiency, agility and digitalisation with particular focus on people, structures and culture of the organisation
• Identification and utilisation of new business potentials through innovative technologies and data-driven solutions as well as support for the associated changes in the organisation
• Participation in business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-supported as well as operating model transformation programmes

This job is for you if

• You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in organisational and cultural change management – ideally in a management consultancy or in transformation roles on the client side.
• You have already supported culture and organisational development processes and know how to sustainably change attitudes, behaviour and collaboration.
• You bring experience in digital transformation projects and have a strong understanding of organisational, cultural and technological changes.
• You have successfully supported changes in production, plant or shopfloor-related environments and bring together the different cultures of management and operational levels.
• You are familiar with common change methods and frameworks and apply them specifically to organisational and cultural issues effectively.
• You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
