Nurse HF/FH Monitoring-Required Rehabilitation (m/f/a) 50 – 100 %
starting 1 February 2027.Your tasks
- In the monitoring-required rehabilitation setting, you professionally and actively care for and support patients and assist their relatives
- In the role of daily responsibility, you take on work organisational tasks
- You shape the collaboration in the interprofessional team constructively and appropriately to the situation
- You ensure quality and continuity in the nursing process with your commitment
- You participate in the training of our FaGe and AGS apprentices and HF/FH students, thus making a valuable contribution to securing the future of our profession
Your profile
- You have completed a diploma-level nursing education recognised in Switzerland at tertiary level (HF/FH/DN2/AKP)
- You already have or are willing to complete the certificate course in monitoring care (ÜWB). Alternatively, you bring a recognised advanced training in the areas of NDK, IMC, NDS intensive or anaesthesia care
- You have an interest in actively shaping interprofessional collaboration within the treatment team
- You are characterised by openness to change, joy in learning, commitment and resilience
- You find it easy to interact with people and are motivated to contribute to team building
- You show your enthusiasm for the profession with commitment, friendliness and warmth
- You are confident in using common IT programmes
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written

The preliminary operation in the City Hospital Zurich Triemli with 32 beds will start already in February 2027.
