Real Estate Asset Manager: 80-100%
Your responsibilities
You define property strategies taking into account the values of Zivag Verwaltungen AG. You manage and monitor real estate portfolios regarding performance, risk, valuation and development as well as optimisation measures. Furthermore, this responsible and holistic role includes market and economic analyses for investment and divestment decisions. As part of your role, you participate in the management of Zivag Verwaltungen AG and are responsible for Western Switzerland and Ticino together with your colleague.
Your profile
- You have a higher education in real estate management / Federal Diploma in Real Estate Trusteeship MAS REM / CAS Real Estate Valuation
- You have professional experience as a Real Estate Asset Manager / Portfolio Manager and know the Western Swiss real estate market very well
- You have strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability
- You have a high level of commitment and strong service orientation
- You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German. Italian is an advantage.
