About the job

• As co-lead of the Global R&D Fresh Innovation Programme, you promote international knowledge and experience exchange between the R&D teams of our subsidiaries. To this end, you organise specialist meetings as well as best practice exchanges – both virtually and on site.
• As a technical contact person, you advise and support the R&D teams of our subsidiaries in the development of new products, the introduction of new technologies, and the optimisation of existing recipes and manufacturing processes with regard to quality, functionality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
• You plan and coordinate laboratory, pilot, and accompanying operational trials, analyse the results, and ensure successful implementation in domestic and foreign production facilities.
• In close collaboration with production, quality management, marketing, purchasing, and other specialist departments, you ensure efficient and sustainable knowledge and technology transfer within the international organisation.
• You continuously monitor international market and technology trends and derive innovative solution approaches for our products.

• You have a university degree in food technology, process engineering, or a comparable field, as well as several years of experience in product development.
• Experience in project management and enjoyment of working with international teams and diverse cultures distinguish you.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, contribute your own ideas, and convince with a high level of implementation competence.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness help you successfully bring together a wide range of stakeholders.
• Very good German and English skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of French or Spanish supports you in making international exchange even more effective.
