Group Leader Cleaning in the Healthcare Sector

In this versatile and exciting role, you support and relieve the operational units in our mandate as a group leader.

Working hours:
Monday to Sunday between 11:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
(flexible shifts)

Your main tasks:

Cleaning of operating rooms, laboratories, and radiology
Assistance in cleaning residents' rooms, common areas, corridors, and sanitary areas
Special cleaning
Machine cleaning
Quality controls
Maintenance of the outdoor area
Management of work utensils
Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety requirements

Your profile:

Professional experience in the cleaning industry
Facility maintenance specialist with a federal diploma (EFZ) is an advantage
Willingness to work weekends and evening shifts
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
Neat appearance
Residence in Basel, preferably in the Liestal area
Service-oriented and reliable
Resilient and flexible
