Your Tasks

Support in the processing of central HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. entries, changes, exits, etc.)
Record, maintain and ensure data quality in the personnel information system as well as assist in managing personnel-related documents
Create qualified work certificates and employment confirmations in the certificate tool with information from the personnel information system (SAP-HR) and in cooperation with line managers
Advise and support line managers, employees and colleagues on HR-related questions

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or high school diploma
Initial experience in the HR environment is an advantage
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and affinity for digital development
You are a hands-on personality, work independently, precisely and on time, and quickly find your way in new tasks
Your high personal responsibility, discretion and good social skills complete your profile
