Your Tasks
- Support in the processing of central HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. entries, changes, exits, etc.)
- Record, maintain and ensure data quality in the personnel information system as well as assist in managing personnel-related documents
- Create qualified work certificates and employment confirmations in the certificate tool with information from the personnel information system (SAP-HR) and in cooperation with line managers
- Advise and support line managers, employees and colleagues on HR-related questions
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or high school diploma
- Initial experience in the HR environment is an advantage
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and affinity for digital development
- You are a hands-on personality, work independently, precisely and on time, and quickly find your way in new tasks
- Your high personal responsibility, discretion and good social skills complete your profile
