Your tasks
- You independently manage and execute ventilation projects – from acquisition through planning to successful handover to the customer
- You plan, coordinate and supervise new builds and renovations, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality standards
- You prepare offers, amendments and invoices and are responsible for material orders as well as scheduling
- You coordinate and maintain collaboration with architects, specialist planners and contractors
- You lead and support our fitters on site and participate in construction meetings and site inspections
Your profile
- You have a technical education, completed apprenticeship as building services planner ventilation, technician TS or engineer FH (specialising in ventilation)
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation systems
- You are a personality with entrepreneurial thinking and are skilled in project management
- Negotiation skills and very good written and oral communication abilities are among your strengths
- Your team spirit and good IT skills in MS Office and CAD complete your profile
