For our gravel and concrete plant at the Rupperswil AG location, we are looking for a committed
Concrete Plant Operator 100% (m/f)

• Production of concrete mixtures according to recipe
• Maintenance and cleaning of the plant
• Quality assurance and control of fresh concrete
• Management of stock levels such as cement, sand and gravel
• Administration/customer recording and delivery note processing of the affiliated gravel extraction site

• Experience as a concrete plant operator and completed vocational training in construction advantageous
• Regional local knowledge (Aargau and neighbouring cantons)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Physically fit and resilient
• High flexibility including willingness for weekend shifts (approx. 3 - 4 times per year) and holiday cover in Stetten/Villmergen
• High customer orientation, good manners

• High autonomy and scope for action
• Helpful and well-coordinated team
• 5 weeks or from age 50, 6 weeks holiday plus various bridge days
• Company parties and staff events are part of the corporate culture
• Support for further training wishes
